From the proposal, the contract, the pre-construction permitting process, the material selection process, the construction of the home, all the way through to the punch list, CJB (and all of their staff) were attentive to detail, professional, and truly committed to building a quality home.

CJB did an excellent job with a two-story addition and lots of remodeling of existing interior. Totally professional, great communications, attention to timeline and budget. Josh and Neal are great at helping you to think about your specific needs and budget trade-offs. All staff and subs were great. I have never done a project like this before and expected to dread it.
